CrediFy · Last updated: August 14, 2026

Welcome to CrediFy support. CrediFy is a credit investigation and verification field reporting app for Android and iOS, built by Titan Collection and Credit Mgmt Inc. for its authorised field investigators and reviewers. It is used for verification work on behalf of our partner banks and lending institutions, and internally by the Credit Investigation Department of Titan Collection and Credit Mgmt Inc. This page answers common questions and tells you how to reach us if you need help.

Need help fast? Email us at it@titancollectioninc.com and include your name, device model, OS version, and app version, plus a short description of the issue and the reference number of any affected report. We typically respond within one business day.

Getting Started

Who can use CrediFy?

CrediFy is an internal work tool for employees and authorised personnel of Titan Collection and Credit Mgmt Inc. and its partner institutions who are 18 years of age or older. It is not a public app.

How do I get an account?

There is no sign-up screen. Accounts are created for you by a system administrator and are tied to your role, company, client bank, and area of coverage. If you need an account or your role has changed, contact your supervisor or email it@titancollectioninc.com.

Which devices are supported?

PlatformDevices
AndroidAndroid 5.0 (Lollipop) or later, phones and tablets
iOSiPhone and iPad

We recommend a device with at least 2 GB of RAM, 100 MB of free storage, a rear camera, and GPS. Photo capture, offline drafts, and attachments all need free space, so keep some headroom on the device. Download CrediFy from the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iPhone, iPad). Where a build is distributed directly by your administrator instead, install it from the link they provide.

How do I sign in?

Open the app and sign in with the work email address and password issued to you. On first sign-in you will be asked to review and accept the End User License Agreement, complete a short first-time setup, and draw your electronic signature — this signature is applied to the reports you submit, so take care with it. If you can't sign in, see Account & Sign-in below.

Reports & Field Work

How do I start a report?

Open your assignments, select the client bank and the report type — residence, business, employment, or bank verification — and the correct form is generated for you. Forms differ by bank and report type, so always start from the assignment rather than reusing an old one.

Will I lose my work if I close the app?

No. Reports are auto-saved as drafts while you fill them in. You can close the app and pick the draft back up later.

Can I work without a signal?

Yes. CrediFy is built to work offline. Drafts, photos, and attachments are stored on your device and sync to our servers automatically once you are back online. Stay signed in — if you sign out while offline you may not be able to sign back in until you have a connection.

My report hasn't synced.

My captured photo has no GPS watermark or map.

Camera or attachment upload is failing.

Why can't I take a screenshot?

Screen capture is deliberately blocked inside CrediFy on Android to protect the personal and financial information in verification reports. If you need to show us a problem, describe it in an email or photograph the screen with another device — but never capture report contents or subject data.

A report came back to me.

Returned and endorsed reports appear in your list with their status, and you will get a notification. Open the report, address the reviewer's remarks, and resubmit.

Permissions

CrediFy requests these permissions only to provide specific features, and only at the moment the feature is used. You can manage them anytime in your device settings.

PermissionWhy it is used
CameraCapturing photo evidence for a verification report. Requested when you tap Capture Photo; never opened in the background.
Location (precise)Stamping a GPS watermark on a photo you just captured, and filling a coordinates field you tapped. Foreground only — never in the background or when the app is closed.
PhotosAttaching an existing image to an attachment field. Only the single file you pick is read; your gallery is never scanned.
NotificationsAlerting you to new assignments, endorsements, and report status changes.
StorageSaving a report image to your gallery when you explicitly tap to do so (older Android versions only).
Install unknown appsAndroid only, and only where the app is distributed outside the store: installing a verified update you chose to download.

Notifications

I'm not receiving assignment or status notifications.

Account & Sign-in

I forgot my password.

Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen. We email a 6-digit one-time code to your work email address; enter it in the app and you can set a new password (minimum 8 characters). Check your spam folder if the code doesn't arrive, and use Resend if it has expired.

How do I change my password?

Open Settings → Change Password in the app and enter your current password followed by the new one.

How do I update my profile?

Open Settings → Profile Information to update your first, middle, and last name and suffix. Your email address, role, assigned bank, and area are managed by administrators — email us if any of those are wrong.

My account is locked or I can't sign in.

Contact your supervisor or email it@titancollectioninc.com. For security, we may verify your identity before making changes. If your device was lost or stolen, report it immediately so your account can be revoked.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is not available inside the app. CrediFy accounts are company-issued and tied to work assignments and audit records, so deletion is carried out by our system administrators through the web administration portal. To request it, contact your supervisor or email it@titancollectioninc.com from your work email address.

We process deletion requests within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated personal information and revokes your access. Reports you already submitted, along with their attachments and audit records, are retained as company and client business records. See our Privacy Policy for details.

App Updates & Performance

How do I get the latest version?

Keep CrediFy up to date through the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iPhone, iPad) so you always have the newest forms, features, and fixes; enabling automatic updates is the easiest way to stay current. The app will also tell you when a new version is available and take you to the store to install it. Where your administrator distributes builds directly instead, install the update they provide.

The app says my version is out of date and won't let me continue.

Some releases are mandatory, usually because a form schema or a submission rule changed. Install the update before continuing your field work; your saved drafts are not affected.

The app is slow, crashing, or running out of space.

Privacy & Security

Verification reports contain personal and financial information about the people and businesses you verify. Data exchanged with our servers is encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored encrypted, access is restricted to your assigned role, screen capture is blocked inside the app on Android, and sign-ins, submissions, edits, and approvals are logged with your identity for audit purposes. Never disclose, copy, or forward report data outside the app, and keep your device locked with a passcode or biometrics. For full details on what we collect and how we use it, read our Privacy Policy.
